With positive outcome for the previous 36 kms of 5inch pipeline installed for Construction of Flowlines and associated works in West Kuwait Area, new project was awarded to MTC thru Arabi Enertech KSC for another 11.5km of 5-inch Pipe associated with 5-inch Swaged Fittings in 316L SS materials for Kuwait Oil Company(KOC) WK. Pipeline was designed for high pressure requirement of 100Bar and medium temperature requirement of 65°C. Thru the complete non-metallic design of MTC 5-inch Pipe using high strength fiber aramid yarn encapsulated with PERT material protected by UV Stabilized thermoplastic cover from PERT material, MTC can assure to comply the 20years surface installed design life requirement without any failure.
